Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni said that the draft of the education act has been finalised and it will be sent to the cabinet department soon.
“We have been trying to make education act for a long time. We have already finalised the draft of that act. Now it will go to the cabinet. Then there are a few more processes, which will be completed and will go to the parliament. Once it is passed in the parliament, we will be able to implement the law,” she said.
She was speaking virtually as the chief guest on Wednesday (June 09) at the ‘Child Parliament Session 2021’.
Addressing the students participating in the Child Parliament, the Education Minister said, “We have to survey ourselves and present the real situation, not the survey of others. We have to make recommendations to solve the problem.”
