
The technical committee of Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA) has recommended use of Russia’s vaccine ‘Sputnik V’ in the country.
The recommendation came at a meeting of the committee on Tuesday (April 27).
The government will now bring the Russian Covid-19 vaccine to the country and it can be administered.
Earlier, the same committee approved the emergency use of the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine.
