Khulna division reported the highest number of coronavirus (Covid-19) deaths in the last 24 hours.

A total of 32 people died of coronavirus infections in the division over the period.

Dr Rasheda Sultana, divisional director of health, confirmed this information on Wednesday (June 23).

According to a source at the Divisional Health Directorate, eight people died of coronavirus infections in Khulna, five in Chuadanga, one in Jashore, seven in Jhenaidah, four in Kushtia, three in Bagerhat, one in Satkhira, one in Narail and two in Meherpur in the last 24 hours.
