Khulna division reported 52 more coronavirus (Covid-19) deaths in the last 24 hours.

The deaths were reported between 8:00am on Sunday (July 18) and 8:00am on Monday (July 19).

Some 1,165 new Covid-19 cases have been detected in the division over the same period.

Khulna Health Department (Disease Control) Assistant Director Dr Ferdousi Akhter confirmed this information.

According to the office of divisional director of health, 14 people died of coronavirus infections in Kushtia district, 12 in Khulna, 11 in Jashore, five in Meherpur, three in Jhenaidah and two each in Bagerhat, Magura and Narail and one in Satkhira.
