Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSCE) has fined Monno Welfare Foundation Tk 10 crore for breaching rules.

The decision was taken at a commission meeting meeting on Monday, presided over by its chairman Professor Shibli Rubayat Ul Islam, said a press release.

According to the release, Monno Welfare Foundation was fined for violating Securities and Exchange Ordinance 1969 Section 17(E)-(2)(3) and (5).
