Red River opens Unified Communication-as-a-service with Cisco

Red River, a technology conversion firm, has launched its Unified Communications-as-a-Service (UCAS) offer, an integrated collaboration infrastructure for voice and video calling, messaging and mobility.

Red River UCAS Cisco’s Unified Communications Manager Cloud (UCM Cloud), and UCM Cloud of Government, present a FedRMP-approved service.

Using Cisco’s UCM Cloud, all collaboration domains and tools are hosted on Cisco’s data center. The Red River UCAS offer also includes local and long-distance calling provided by Red River. In addition, the company will provide tiered managed services for end user support, system administration and security. The offer includes three time zone protected cloud gateways for geographical redundancy.
