Gold prices in Bangladesh have dropped again in a span of one week.

According to sources, gold prices have dropped by Tk 2,041.20 per bhori.

Bangladesh Jewellers Samity (BJS) informed this at a press conference on Tuesday night.

According to the new price list set by BJS, the price of 22-carat gold has been fixed at Tk 69,109.20 per bhori. Till Tuesday, the price of this quality gold was Tk 71,150.40. The price of 21-carat gold has been fixed at Tk 65,959.92. Till Tuesday, the price of 21-carat gold was Tk 68000.12. The price has come down to Tk 2,041.20.

Similarly, the price of 18-carat gold will be sold at Tk 57211.92 per bhori. The current price is Tk 59,253.12. The price has been reduced to Tk 2,041.20 per bhori.

According to the traditional method, the price of gold has been fixed at Tk 46,889.28 per bhori. Till Tuesday, the price was Tk 48,930.48. The price has come down to Tk 2,041.20 per bhori. The price of silver has remained unchanged.
