Barracuda Networks Inc. recently announced that they are expanding their portfolio of services and solutions offered by IT-managed service providers. The company has asked suppliers to include Barracuda CloudGen Access for MSPs. On top of that, Barracuda Networks also shared some important details about the cloud-based Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform.
Brian Babinau, senior vice president and general manager of Barracuda Networks, says companies are moving forward with a hybrid approach to work conditions to enhance their rapidly growing workplace. He further mentioned that the changes in Barracuda CloudGen Access and RMM will be the next big steps the company will take to increase support for rollout MSPs.
He concluded by saying that the Barracuda network would help MSPs deal with work-related security risks from any environment and create new business opportunities to provide more secure and flexible access to important information.
In November 2020, Barracuda Networks launched CloudGen Access shortly after Fide’s acquisition. The process of deploying and managing MSPs has been simplified by adding multi-tenant management and monthly pricing options for CloudGen Access.
Barracuda networks provide an opportunity for MSPs to protect the resources of their customers with a greater focus on security services. Moreover, control over any unmanaged device also provides customers with barracuda without making any changes to the existing workflow.
