Bangladesh Bank (BB) has re-fixed the
banking hours from 10am to 3pm till August 10 amid the lockdown to
halt the sharp rise of COVID-19 in the country.
“Banks will remain open from 10am to 4.30pm while the transaction
will be made between 10am to 3pm,” said a Bangladesh Bank (BB)
circular issued here today.
However, in the issued circular, it reiterated that the banks will
remain closed on Sunday (8 August) following the weekly holidays.
