The price of a futures contract for Brent crude oil with February delivery on London’s ICE exchange briefly fell below $81 per barrel for the first time since January 11.
According to the exchange at 10:07 Moscow time, Brent oil decreased by 3.4% to $80.86 per barrel.
By 10:20 Moscow time, the price of Brent was at $81.49 per barrel (-2.65%).
At the same time, futures for WTI crude oil with January delivery fell by 2.71% to $74.21 per barrel.
