Bangladesh reported 98 deaths from the coronavirus in the last 24 hours, raising the toll to 10,781 across the country.

Besides, 4,014 new cases of coronavirus were detected over the same period, raising the total number of infections to 7,36,074 across the country so far.

A press release issued by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) confirmed the development on Thursday (April 22).

A total of 7,266 people have recovered from the deadly virus. The total number of recoveries now stands at 6,42,449.
