State Minister for Labour and Employment Begum Monnujan Sufian has announced that families of the five workers who were killed in a clash with police in Banshkhali of Chattogram will be paid Tk two lakh each. 15 injured persons will also get Tk 50,000 each.

Labour and Employment Ministry issued a press release in this regard on Monday.

The money will be given from the fund of Bangladesh Labour Welfare Foundation under the Labour and Employment Ministry.
