Khulna division reported 36 more coronavirus (Covid-19) deaths in the last 24 hours.

The deaths were reported between 8:00am on Tuesday (July 13) and 8:00am on Wednesday (July 14).

Some 1,621 new Covid-19 cases have been detected in the division over the same period.

Khulna Health Department (Disease Control) Assistant Director Dr Ferdousi Akhter confirmed this information.

According to the office of divisional director of health, nine people died of coronavirus infections in Khulna district, five in Jashore, 11 in Kushtia, seven in Jhenaidah, one in Chuadanga, two in Meherpur and one in Satkhira.
