Another shipment of 17 lakh doses of Sinopharm vaccine has reached the country.

A Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight carrying the vaccine jabs touched down the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 7.50 pm on Wednesday (August 11).

Maidul Islam Pradhan, public relations officer (PRO) of the Ministry of Health, confirmed the matter.

He said, “A Biman flight with 17 lakh doses of Covid vaccine landed the airport in Dhaka from China at 7.50 pm (Wednesday).”
