
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed among the Bangladesh government, Sinopharm and Incepta Pharmaceuticals Ltd on co-production of Sinopharm vaccine in the country.
The signing ceremony was held at Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons (BCPS) in the city on Monday (August 16) afternoon.
The MoU was signed by Health and Family Welfare Minister Zahid Maleque, Chinese Ambassador Li Jiming, Incepta Vaccine Limited and Incepta Pharmaceuticals Limited Chairman Abdul Muqtadir.
Health Minister Zahid Maleque was the chief guest while Foreign Affairs Minister A K Abdul Momen was honourable guest on the occasion.
