National Zoo in Mirpur, Dhaka is set to reopen for visitors from Friday (August 27).

Md Iftekhar Hossain, public relations officer of the Ministry of Fisheries And Livestock confirmed the matter on Thursday (August 26).

Up to 2,000 visitors would be allowed to visit the zoo every day. The zoo will be open for visitors from 9 am till 6 pm.

The visitors have to maintain social distance and have to wear face masks.
